So, how hard did you wince reading those sentences? We sure did for years, but they are still quite normal in small organisations like our own.

It’s been perhaps a bit quieter than usual around us, which was also because we have been cooking something larger: a hosting solution and collaboration space including file storage, chats, project management and user management, completely based on FreeBSD, Nextcloud and further FLOSS helpers.

At EuroBSDCon in Zagreb, on September 27th, Psykon is presenting the design principles, sweat and tears during implementation as well as learnings, to enable more solutions tailored not just towards enterprise level operations, but also small-scale associations and organisations like ours.

Doing our part in hopefully making the G-Drives of this world a little bit less tempting!

A big shout out and Thank You to Psykon, Procyon and Nora in building a system that (we can spoil so much from testing around for a few days) is quite amazing!
