The Vintage Computer Festival Zurich is dedicated to the revival and preservation of historic computers and technologies. It offers visitors the opportunity to travel back in time to the beginnings of computer technology and experience the development of computers up close.

In the talk “Demoscene – From the underground to the list of living traditions” (presentation will be in German) on November 11 at 17:00, Andry “Unlock” Joos, president of Echtzeit – Digitale Kultur and an active demoscener for almost 30 years with a preference for Commodore 64 demos, will tell how the demoscene in Switzerland came to be counted among the living traditions and what that is all about.

As always, when it comes to the demoscene, demos will of course be shown. This time a selection of modern top productions of recent months.
